Tucson Orthopaedic Institute is proud to offer this specialized care as an alternative to surgery for those who are not candidates for surgery due to their age or health status, or who are not yet ready to have surgery. Our physiatrists will conduct a thorough physical examination to understand your condition. Special diagnostic tests can aid in making a diagnosis, including electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies (NCS), in addition to routine X-rays and MRIs. Even though treatment options are non-surgical, they can provide substantial pain relief.
